Non-existent Customer Service

I received a notice that my shipping label was printed on Nov. 27 but there has been no further movement on the shipping. I reached out to Luxe Link last week for an update and have heard nothing. I am on the verge of disputing the charge with my credit card company and cancelling the order altogether because at this rate it will not arrive when I need it.
