Our preferred method of shipping is UPS ground for orders being shipped within the continental United States and USPS for all other orders. Pricing is based on weight and distance.

We would be happy to email tracking details to you by request.

On occasion, we are out of stock on certain items due to demand. Orders with any out of stock items will remain pending until all items are available or until a new item has been selected.

Please inspect your order carefully. Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a full refund.
